Owner
Gregory F. Bortnick, whose expertise lies in Mechanical Engineering. Gregory graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a proven track record of creating cost-effective solutions, Gregory seeks to leverage his skills and contribute to the growth of companies. As the owner, Gregory brings extensive experience and knowledge to drive improvements in design and enhance overall performance. With a focus on efficiency and quality, Gregory has successfully led production teams through the qualification of multiple machinery projects and implemented design, software, and process improvements to increase production speed and quality. His expertise extends to troubleshooting and root cause investigation in a production setting, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, and aseptic techniques. Gregory is also well-versed in document control, training, and the development of standard operating manuals.
Furthermore, Gregory holds a Commercial Pilot License, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to continuous learning. With a strong skill set in software tools such as Matlab, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, CAM2 and Polyworks, as well as proficiency in various other applications, Gregory is equipped to tackle complex engineering challenges.

Project Manager
Meet Nolan Dondlinger, a skilled Project Manager with a passion for aerospace and aviation. Holding a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Throughout his academic journey, Nolan's interests gravitated towards structural engineering, composite materials, and material sciences within the aviation field. He is specialized in the analysis of static, fatigue and damage tolerance for composite and metallic aircraft structures which involves a comprehensive understanding of aircraft design and maintenance
Notably, his master's research paper focuses on the innovative recycling of composite materials found in old wind turbine blades. Equipped with a strong engineering background, Nolan possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and practical experience. With exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Nolan is able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Sam Love
Project Manager
Meet Sam, a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in Business Administration from The Colorado School of Mines. Specializing in automation controls, Sam's expertise lies in working with product technologies such as DeltaV, DeltaV SIS, AMS, 3rd Party devices and interfaces.
With a strong background in functional design specifications, control strategies, Sam excels in utilizing various tools and methodologies, including IEC 61131 Function Blocks, Structured Text, and Sequential Function Charts. Sam's proficiency extends to performing field surveys, generating control system specifications, and contributing to the design of electrical drawings and control system layouts. With a passion for delivering results, Sam's capabilities encompass software/hardware testing, loop checks, and facilitating the smooth transition of instrumentation to new control systems. Sam's expertise also extends to Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and start-up activities at customer plant sites.
